Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we strive to process and dispatch it within 1-3 business days. Orders are typically shipped out Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking details if available.
Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping is the most cost-effective option and can take 5-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer Express Shipping, which typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
All shipments are sent with tracking, so you can follow your order’s journey from our door to yours.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size/weight of your order. We offer flat-rate shipping for small, medium, and large orders.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100 within Australia.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel on our courier’s website. If you have trouble tracking your order, feel free to reach out to our customer service team at morningstar.crystals@gmail.com for assistance.
Lost or Damaged Items
We take great care in packing and shipping our crystals, but occasionally things can go wrong. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at morningstar.crystals@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will assist you with filing a claim with the courier and will do our best to resolve the situation quickly.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
