At Morningstar Crystals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your crystals, or if your items arrive damaged, we’ve got you covered. Please read our refund and damaged goods policy below to ensure a smooth and easy process.
Refunds
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, so we offer refunds on eligible purchases under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refund:

- Refunds are accepted for products returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging (if applicable).
- Crystals that have been damaged due to misuse or accidents are not eligible for a refund.

- Once we receive your return request, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.

We take great care in packaging and shipping our crystals, but if your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

- We may ask for additional details to better understand the issue and assist in resolving it.

- A Replacement: If the item is still in stock, we will send you a replacement at no extra charge.
- A Refund: If the item is no longer available or you prefer a refund, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
